Maruxaina Octopus in Olive Oil

Tender pieces of Galician octopus packed in olive oil. The octopus is sourced from Atlantic waters off Galicia, hand-prepared using the traditional methods of the region's conservas, then packed in olive oil to hold its texture and flavour. Maruxaina takes its name from a Galician legend, a mermaid said to haunt the ports of the Rías Altas.
