Jose Gourmet brings that sharp, tangy profile to a smooth tuna pâté: rich tuna blended with olive oil, garlic, vinegar and white pepper, it is brighter and livelier than a traditional tuna pate. Made by 100 Mistérios in Matosinhos, Portugal, and packed in a tin illustrated by Daniel Lima, it goes from tin to cracker with no prep. The acidity makes it a natural match for crisp white wine or a cold beer.
