Hevva! Cornish Mussels

Hevva! mussels are not just plump and tender, they're also sustainably rope-grown off the Cornish coast, a low-impact method that avoids dredging the seabed. The mussels are then hand-prepared and canned at Hevva!'s cannery in Bude, Cornwall, where the cooking ovens run on power from their own wind turbine. Hevva! takes its name from the cry once raised on the Cornish coast when a shoal of pilchards was sighted, signalling fishermen to launch their boats.
