Three shellfish, two coasts. Maruxaina's clams and scallops come from Galicia's Atlantic waters, the clams packed plain in water, the scallops in a Galician sofrito of tomato, onion and paprika. Hevva!'s mussels are rope-grown just off Cornwall and packed simply in rapeseed oil.

How to serve

Maruxaina Clams: Add to a garlic and white wine pasta in the last two minutes of cooking, liquor and all.

Maruxaina Scallops in Galician Sauce: Serve warm over rice, or spoon onto grilled bread as a tapas plate.

Hevva! Cornish Mussels: Warm through with cider, cream and a little mustard for a five-minute moules sauce.
